The resume you submit will be reviewed in the strictest confidence, whether we eventually represent you as your “Agent” or not. One of our Career Agents will contact you to discuss your background in detail and talk about your interests. They will spend the time to understand your expectations, goals, and what you prefer in regard to position description, responsibilities, salary, and geographic location.

All of our Career Agents have access to the employment positions and candidates of all other offices. You will quickly know whether your background and interests fit current job opportunities within our network. If a match is found and you indicate an interest in the position, our Career Agent office will present your qualifications to the company and determine a time for an interview.

The candidates we represent become the lifeblood of our client companies. We are constantly searching for excellent mid-to-senior level talent to represent, and we work very hard to assure a great fit between you and your new employer. If your skills and preferences do not match a current job opportunity well, we can also discuss other marketing strategies for your placement.
