Work as a Recruiting Consultant in High-Growth Industries

Career Agents Network (CAN) recruits in-demand professionals in fast growing industries like renewable energy, legal, medical, corporate turnaround and health IT. These are all high-growth industries that have shortages of qualified workers in key areas.

Companies in these industries are willing to pay recruiting companies like ours lucrative recruiting fees when we are able to produce the in-demand talent they need. For example, health IT and medical recruiting are expanding their workforce aggressively and willing to pay top-dollar fees to our Member offices or Career Agents who can find the talented workers that the companies in these high-growth industries require.

Career Agents Network itself is currently expanding, looking for qualified sales, executive, and management professionals interested in working as home-based recruiters or "Recruiting Consultants." We have had success transferring individuals with professional business, sales, executive, and management experience into top producing recruiting careers, and are actively recruiting qualified individuals to do so.

Those accepted go through extensive training for recruiting in the specific high-growth industry they are assigned to. As a Recruiting Consultant, they are provided candidate and employer contacts and receive management assistance in placing candidates and closing client contracts.

Career Agents Network is built on a model of lucrative financial compensation for self-starters. Prospective Recruiting Consultants must have a quiet home-based office or workplace, a computer with a high-speed connection, and a dedicated phone line.

If accepted, you will need to leverage and utilize your existing skills and experience to achieve success as a third-party recruiter. There is realistic six-figure earning potential with the role, assuming you have good time management skills, the ability to cultivate strong professional relationships, and the capacity to evaluate and qualify candidates.

Our Career Agent offices utilize "Recruiting Consultants" to do the initial contact with candidates and clients, eventually learning enough to manage more and more of the recruiting process.  Recruiting Consultants work from their own home offices, run their own schedule, don’t make any type of investment, and have legitimate six figure earning potential.

Among the high-growth industries we focus on, healthcare has been a stand-out. Demand is high with more than one-million healthcare openings nationally right now. As 76 million baby-boomers hit retirement age, practitioner shortages will grow even larger as healthcare needs for scans, surgeries, and prescriptions increase.

To capitalize on this demand, Career Agents Network is building a national network of independently owned recruiting offices. These Career Agent offices furnish healthcare recruiting services to practitioners ranging from nurses to pharmacists. To help our Career Agents grow their businesses, we recruit and train Recruiting Consultants to work with them.

As a Recruiting Consultant, we teach you everything you need to get started in healthcare recruiting working with one of our Career Agents. You’ll learn a particular sector like nursing, diagnostic imaging, pharmacy, or physician recruiting, and be able to represent these practitioners competently in taking the next step in their career.

We’ll teach you how to market practitioners to employers that need them in exchange for attractive recruiting fees of $12,000 to $30,000, depending on their specialty. Instead of doing all the work of running a business, you’ll build relationships with healthcare practitioners to help them find new positions and make great money doing it.

The Career Agent we refer you to manages everything while you focus on initial sales contact. They provide you with leads and marketing support, help you close deals, and work to maximize your income. It’s the Career Agent that really allows you to work from home and enjoy the freedom that comes with it, while having a legitimate shot at making six-figures every year.

Is there a catch? Of course there is.

When you become a Recruiting Consultant, you can never have your own business as a Career Agent yourself. You can’t even be involved with a competing venture in the healthcare or recruiting space.

Instead of making an initial investment like Career Agents do, Recruiting Consultants pay with "sweat equity". Of the first $100,000 the Recruiting Consultant generates in recruiting fees, $25,000 goes to Career Agents Network.

The Career Agent you work with always retains 50% of what you generate in recruiting fees. You will eventually receive 50% also, but start at 30% commission and then receive more and more on a graduated scale until you produce $200,000 in gross recruiting fees.

Once the Recruiting Consultant has generated $200,000 in recruiting fees, they receive 50% of everything they produce, and their contract is assigned to a Career Agent.

We ask prospective Recruiting Consultants to go through a specific process:
1. Read information on becoming a Recruiting Consultant
2. Complete an online Recruiting Consultant Interview
3. Be interviewed by Career Agents Network staff
4. Read the Career Agent Business Plan
5.  Sign contractual paperwork
6. Complete Probationary Period of training
7. Incorporate and make party to agreement
8. Begin working with a Career Agent

We will want to confirm that you have researched becoming a Career Agent and definitively ruled out starting your own business recruiting in healthcare, or some other high-growth industry. We will also need to verify that you can work the necessary hours and go a few months without income.

If you’re qualified and interested in working as a Recruiting Consultant, it is then a matter of signing a contract and getting started with training. Every Recruiting Consultant completes an initial "Probationary Period" of up to 30 days, incorporates, and is then referred to a Career Agent within our network.

Becoming a Recruiting Consultant is a great opportunity for the right person, someone who wants to focus on sales and let someone else run the business. However, it isn’t right for everyone.

The "Pros" are that there is no up-front investment, you can make great money working from home, talking with candidates and helping them find better, more satisfying jobs.

You should also be aware that recruiting is hard work. You have to be motivated to make 80-100 phone calls per day initially, and long term maintain five hours of phone time every day, if you are going to make $100,000 annually.

If you are interested in healthcare recruiting at all, you should be thorough in considering which role might be best for you. Those who eventually become Recruiting Consultants should be sure to first investigate and "close the door" on starting their own recruiting business in healthcare or another high-growth industry as a Career Agent.

IMPORTANT: The primary reason to rule out becoming a Career Agent before proceeding is that when you become a Recruiting Consultant you are prohibited from ever becoming a Career Agent yourself.

If you are truly interested in having your own business, try not to let the investment associated with becoming a Career Agent scare you away either. Career Agents Network can get almost any serious candidate funded.

If after investigating the Career Agent Program you determine it’s not a good fit, you can always become a Recruiting Consultant at that point.
